The Diverse Learners Cooperative partnered with Bright Matter to develop a research report on teacher retention among Tennessee's special educators and English learner teachers. Working within DLC's existing brand system, we produced a publication that balanced educator-centered storytelling with rigorous data visualization — bringing the findings to life through custom persona illustrations representing policymakers, district leaders, and school leaders, making complex findings accessible across all levels of the education system.
